Operated by the John Hauck Brewing Company before Prohibition and the Red Top Brewing Company after Prohibition, the plant remained one of Cincinnati's largest and most prominent breweries throughout its existence. The book contains nearly 400 images of people, buildings, floor plans, labels, cans, signs, and you-name-it (most in color) to help tell the story!
