The first book to be produced by Zepp Publications, this is a comprehensive history of the brewing industry of Akron, Ohio, from 1845 to 1997. Included are histories of the Burkhardt, George J. Renner, and Akron Brewing Companies, as well as the Burkhardt and Liberty Street Brewpubs of the 1990s. Also included are more than 700 black and white illustrations of the buildings, people, advertising, and collectible artifacts from years gone by.
The book is 265 pages, spiral bound, published 1997.
